Prospective Tenants If you are a prospective tenant looking for a place to call home, call our office at 386-755-6600 or fill out the prospective tenant contact. If you don’t find anything you’re interested in, keep checking our listings, or call us for the most up-to-date listings. (All of our listings are deemed reliable but cannot be guaranteed. Some properties may have been rented before this website could be changed. Please check with our staff for updated information). Once you’ve found the property that’s just right for you, just fill out a rental application. All applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable fee of fifty dollars. We accept cash, money orders, credit and debit cards for the application fees.
Work Orders – Repairs Current Tenants that have a work request should submit a work order located on this page. All Work Requests must be written for tracking purposes. Tenants will then be called for scheduling information. Emergencies Work Requests can be called into our office 24/7. 386-344-0336. Emergencies should be REAL emergencies such as; running water, fire, tree down on the unit, storm damage, etc.
